If you are on the hunt for the most decadent pate that money can buy, then you have finally found your holy grail. This terrine is made from pure Foie Gras, a highly prized delicacy of Southern France. Foie Gras is not only dependent on a superior selection of ingredients, but also an unparalleled attention to detail and effort. The process of fattening the duck livers is scrutinized to ensure quality and the handling and preparation of said duck livers is also carefully controlled. With only the addition of a splash of Sauternes wine, a dash of cognac and a smattering of French herbs and spices, there is nothing standing between the perfect texture of this pate and your palate. There are many ways to enjoy your Foie Gras, the most indulgent of which involves nothing more than a baguette and a glass of wine.
