Organically Cultivated Oyster Mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms are often used in Oriental cookery, but can be used in infinite applications. Try creamed oyster mushroom sauce or home made mushroom catsup. They are also good in casseroles, omelettes, and with seafood. Drying mushrooms intensifies their flavour and gives them a longer shelf life -- they have a very pleasing meaty texture when re-hydrated.
