We combined the Gaeta, Picholine, Oil Cured, Sicilian and Kalamata olives in one jar for diverse variety of Mediterranean flavors. The olives are packed in a brine, made from olive oil and red wine vinegar, seasoned with bay leaves, cinnamon sticks and peppercorns.
