Spinach Florentine Flavor-Ready Risotto Rice combines premium short grain rice, fragrant spinach and subtle spices for a convenient way to achieve a classic Italian flavor in risottos. Prepare Spinach Florentine Risotto as directed. When fully cooked, mix in 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. Stir until completely blended, then top with a grilled chicken breast lightly seasoned with lemon pepper.
Heat 2 quarts of water or stock to simmer and reserve. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add Spinach Florentine Flavor-Ready Risotto, coat thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes. Lower heat and add 1 cup of reserved liquid to rice, stirring constantly until absorbed. Repeat process until all liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender, but firm, about 18 to 23 minutes.
