The Bison wiener uses the same recipe as our award-winning wiener, substituting buffalo meat for the classic pork and beef. It is placed in a pork-free casing leaving a lean, pork-free wiener. No artifical ingredients. Minimally processed. No added Nitrates or Nitrites except for natually occuring in sea salt and celery powder. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 F at all times.
