Cambazola Blue Cheese is a German cow's milk cheese produced in Bavaria. It is said that it gets its name from the two mother cheeses whose images it was created in; Camembert and Gorgonzola. Like Camembert it is creamy with a thin edible you are serving this cheese as part of a salad or appetizer plate, allow for it to come up to room temperature so that the best in its flavors can be appreciated. Combazola is a wonderful melting cheese and makes a beautiful cheese sauce for steaks and pastas. Don't limit Cambazola to dinner though, it makes an excellent dessert cheese and is delicious served with bread, crackers and drizzled with honey.
