Perishable Items - 1 Day Shipping Policy
- All orders received between Monday 12:01AM EST/EDT through Thursday 1PM EST/EDT will be processed and shipped for delivery the following day.
- Orders received between 1:01PM EST/EDT Thursday through Midnight EST/EDT Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday for delivery the next day.
- To ensure product quality all cheese will ship 1 Day May 1 through October 1 due to warm summer temperatures.
Perishable Items - 2 Day Shipping Policy
- All orders received between Monday 12:01AM EST/EDT through Wednesday 1PM EST/EDT will be processed and shipped for delivery that week.
- Orders received between 1:01PM EST/EDT Wednesday through Midnight EST/EDT Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday for delivery the following week.
Non-Perishable Items - Standard, Expedited, 2-Day, 1-Day Shipping Policies
- All orders received between Monday 12:01AM EST/EDT through Thursday 1PM EST/EDT will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Orders received between 1:01PM EST/EDT Thursday through Midnight EST/EDT Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday.
All of our orders are shipped by FedEx.
Saturday delivery is available by special request only, please call 1-888-845-3663 to see if this option is available in your area, extra charges will apply.
Shipping Rates are based on a per item / Shipping weight basis.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the quality or freshness of the products you received or the product was damaged in transit please use the return procedure below.
Non-perishable:
Return must be requested within 7 days of receipt. The product must include the original packaging. Please contact For The Gourmet to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions from Customer Service at 1-888-845-FOOD (3663) or customerservice@forthegourmet.com.
Perishable:
May be returned with in 24 hours of receipt only if damaged or spoiled. In the rare event the product was received spoiled or damaged please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-888-845-FOOD or customerservice@forthegourmet.com so that we can reship a replacement or refund your order in a timely manner.
