Our Funghi Porcini Risotto is an elegant blend of our exceptional Arborio rice and premium porcini mushrooms with herbs, spices and aromatics. We designed this complete blend as a quick way to create a classic, rustic risotto flavored with real mushrooms. Prepare Funghi Porcini Risotto as directed. When fully cooked, mix in 1Tbsp of butter and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until completely blended. Optional: Finish with a drizzle of White Truffle Oil.
